At a glance

What you can adjust

• Seat height with a gas lift, plus 360-degree swivel.
• Arm height, to keep shoulders relaxed.
• Arm depth, sliding the pads forward or back to suit typing or reading.
• Arm pivot, angling the pads in or out to support mouse work.

Who this chair suits

Choose this Dash for bright, modern offices, studios or home offices where you want a lighter look than black. Light grey is a contract-grade fabric, but it will show marks more than darker colours, so for very high-traffic areas consider black or charcoal. If users vary a lot in height, the fully adjustable Dash adds seat depth and back height adjustment.

Refurbished condition: what to expect

This is a pre-owned chair, not new. Before listing, it is received at our Bradford workshop, cleaned, and every adjustment is tested through its full range of movement. Worn parts are replaced where needed, and a chair that does not pass is not sold.

• Light cosmetic signs of previous office use may be visible on close inspection. They do not affect how the chair works.
• The photographs show the exact model, colour and configuration you will receive. Small cosmetic differences between matching chairs are normal.
• Contact us if you would like extra photos before ordering, or book a viewing at our warehouse.

Warranty and returns

• Warranty: covered by our warranty for its condition grade, 12 months parts and labour for Grade A or 6 months for Grade B. Contact us to confirm the grade before you order.
• Arrived damaged or faulty? Tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos. We arrange and pay for collection and put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Changed your mind? Personal buyers can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the chair within a further 14 days. You pay the return postage, and we refund the chair and the standard delivery charge.
• Business and bulk orders have no automatic change-of-mind right. See our delivery and returns policy for full details.

Frequently asked questions

What does 3D arms mean?

The arm pads adjust in three ways: up and down, forwards and backwards, and pivoting in and out. That lets each user position forearm support exactly where they need it.

Will light grey fabric stay looking clean?

It is a hard-wearing contract fabric and cleans well with a fabric upholstery cleaner. For the heaviest-use areas, darker colours hide marks better.

Can I buy several matching chairs?

Yes, subject to current stock. Contact us with the number you need.
