Refurbished condition: what to expect

This is a pre-owned chair, not new. Before listing, it is received at our Bradford workshop, cleaned, and every adjustment is tested through its full range of movement. Worn parts are replaced where needed, and a chair that does not pass is not sold.

• Light cosmetic signs of previous office use may be visible on close inspection. They do not affect how the chair works.
• The photographs show the exact model, colour and configuration you will receive. Small cosmetic differences between matching chairs are normal.
• Contact us if you would like extra photos before ordering, or book a viewing at our warehouse.

Warranty and returns

• Warranty: covered by our warranty for its condition grade, 12 months parts and labour for Grade A or 6 months for Grade B. Contact us to confirm the grade before you order.
• Arrived damaged or faulty? Tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photos. We arrange and pay for collection and put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Changed your mind? Personal buyers can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return the chair within a further 14 days. You pay the return postage, and we refund the chair and the standard delivery charge.

Delivery and collection

• Delivered fully assembled and ready to use: just unbox and adjust.
• We aim to dispatch in-stock chairs within 1 working day, with delivery normally within 2 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed times.
• Standard delivery is to your kerbside, ground-floor entrance or reception. Room-of-choice delivery can be quoted on request.
• Your delivery charge is shown at checkout. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands may have different charges or lead times.
• Prefer to collect? View or collect from our Bradford warehouse (BD5 0QA) by appointment.

• Trade pricing on orders of 5 or more chairs. Send us the quantity and delivery postcode for a written quote.
• Every order comes with a VAT invoice, and we accept purchase orders from schools, NHS trusts, councils and other public sector buyers.
• Bulk orders are delivered by pallet or van on an agreed date.
• For ESG or Scope 3 reporting, we can confirm in writing that your chairs are refurbished, with an estimated CO2 saving.
