Grade A refurbished office chairs — the highest condition rating in the refurbished furniture market, representing chairs that show minimal to no cosmetic wear and are in full working order. Every chair in this collection has been independently assessed and certified to our Grade A standard before being made available for sale. For buyers who want the value of refurbished without any cosmetic compromise, Grade A is the answer.
What does Grade A mean? Our grading system is applied consistently across all stock. Grade A denotes a chair with no significant cosmetic blemishes — no deep scratches, no notable discolouration, no torn or heavily worn upholstery. Minor surface marks visible only under close inspection may be present but are not representative of the overall condition. All mechanical functions — height adjustment, tilt, lumbar support, armrests — are fully operational and tested. The chair is delivered fully assembled and ready to use.
Grade A refurbished chairs are particularly popular with buyers who are concerned that "refurbished" means visibly tired or worn. It doesn't — at least not here. Our Grade A stock is sourced primarily from office clearances, corporate relocations, and building fit-outs where chairs have been used lightly or for a short period before the company moved, downsized, or updated its furniture specification. Many Grade A chairs show almost no evidence of prior use.
