About Grade A Refurbished Chairs

What Does Grade A Mean?

Grade A is the highest condition rating we assign to refurbished office chairs. A Grade A chair has no visible marks, tears, stains, or damage. Upholstery is intact, mechanisms function perfectly, and all adjustment features operate as new. We are proud to say that Grade A chairs are indistinguishable from new to most buyers.

Our Grading Process

Every chair we receive is assessed by our Bradford-based refurbishment team against a standardised grading checklist. Chairs that do not meet Grade A criteria are either regraded (Grade B – minor cosmetic marks only, fully functional) or removed from stock entirely. We do not sell chairs we would not use ourselves.
