What does “new velvet” mean?

The chair itself is a refurbished, pre-owned Humanscale Freedom. The navy-blue velvet is the newly applied upholstery, giving the seat, back and arm pads a fresh and distinctive finish.

Professionally refurbished condition

The chair has been professionally inspected, cleaned, reupholstered and function-checked. The new velvet may show changes in shade as the pile is brushed in different directions; the underlying frame or base can retain light cosmetic signs of previous use. No original manufacturer warranty is included.

Delivery and quantities

The displayed price is per chair. Mainland UK delivery is available, with multiple chairs subject to live stock. We aim to dispatch standard single-chair orders within one working day; contact us for a bulk quotation and timescale.
