These Terms & Conditions govern your use of refurbishedofficefurniture.co.uk and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Refurbished Office Furniture UK operates this website. We are a UK-based business specialising in professionally refurbished office chairs, desks, and storage furniture.

2. Products

All products are described accurately to the best of our ability. Refurbished furniture is sold in Grade A or Grade B condition as described on individual product pages. Cosmetic descriptions represent the general condition of the item; minor variations may exist between individual units. Product images are representative — exact colour and finish may vary slightly depending on screen calibration.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publication and may change without notice. Free delivery applies to all mainland UK orders. Additional charges may apply for non-mainland delivery.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. We reserve the right to decline orders. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We are not responsible for orders that fail to process due to payment issues, inaccurate address information, or technical errors.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will take all reasonable steps to meet stated delivery times but are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.

7. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 8. Warranty

Grade A products carry a 12-month parts and labour warranty. Grade B products carry a 6-month parts warranty. Warranties cover mechanical failure and manufacturing defects and do not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, accidents, or normal cosmetic wear. Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly with a description and evidence of the fault.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, descriptions, and design — is the property of Refurbished Office Furniture UK or used under licence. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission. Brand names referenced on this site (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Humanscale, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.
